Customer Reviews

When we arrived we were met with a warm welcome. The first part of the experience, where we taught about the elephant was good but could have been better if the man had been warmer. He didn't seem happy in his job. Was going through the motions and often looking out into the trees or at the other employees rather than making eye contact with us. The second part of the experience was fabulous. The only thing I left with was concern that the elephants did get much freedom to roam. - Alison clark

We had the most amazing time. The guide was fabulous with our energetic son and very knowledgeable. The handlers were also incredible. We feel privileged to have come so close to these beautiful animals. I did come away feeling sad that the elephants have little time to be alone as elephants without tourists around them as their days are fairly intense with visits. I know they must cost so much to keep and the alternative is worse but still was a bit concerned about the ethics. I had no misgivings about their treatment though. Loved my visit. Thank you. - Lorraine Durand

Absolutely awesome was the highlight of our trip. Honoured to be so close to these Gentle Giants and interact with them. An experience I would recommend to everyone. The guide and elephant handlers were awesome. - Desiree Dominietto

Hello, This structure is amazing. The place is super, natural, and the people who work there are just on the top ! My young kids told me they loved to see the guys playing with their elephants and sharing moments together. What an amazing experience ! - Patrick Didi
